International Express-O Advanced Users and Operations Workshop

The completed workshop brought together six international delegates and five Philippine participants for guided practice in Express-O operations. Participants reported a deeper understanding of general ledger accounts, loan renewals, and transaction procedures and controls, alongside new techniques they could apply in their daily work.

Course evaluations consistently rated the training “5 – Excellent” for organization, clarity, and relevance. Participants valued the trainers’ clear explanations, practical demonstrations, and constructive feedback, and expressed interest in further learning sessions.

The workshop also identified priorities for future training: more hands-on exercises, recorded reference materials, and deeper coverage of regulatory reporting, troubleshooting, and audit reviews. A separate cultural immersion at Villa Escudero gave international delegates an opportunity to experience Philippine heritage and build relationships beyond the classroom.
